The owner/manager of Tauranga Boat Sales, Brian has been involved in boats since early childhood. His experience includes active dinghy racing, extensive coastal and offshore racing and cruising. His offshore racing includes numerous Transpac and Mexico races with several wins. In 1999, Brian and his wife Bridget along with their three children set sail from California for three years of cruising through the Pacific on board their Peterson 46 “Loafer”. Settling in Tauranga in 2002, Brian has become an active part of the sailing scene. Former coach of the Otumoetai Sailing Team, Brian spends a good deal of his spare time racing on board “Bee Bad”, a Young 11 that he is partners in. Brian’s other interests include flying gliders, diving, fishing and barbecuing! “I am very pleased with the crew we have at Tauranga Boat Sales. | Brett Eaton | |
| Brett has been involved with boating from an early age, from small yachts to renovating launches, cray fishing locally here in the Bay of Plenty and the Coromandel. Over the years he has been involved as crew on a number of fishing and adventure trips aboard several successful Charter Vessels including the Manutere, Albatross III, and Sierra II. The boats Brett was on developed a well earned reputation for their cray fishing skills. Other activities included running dive parties and bird watching trips. In his spare time, Brett enjoys hunting snapper and riding motorbikes. Brett’s experience means he is very qualified to work with clients whether buying or selling their boat. | |
